• Mutation details: Clone 5A11 was derived from a screen for TCR hybridomas prepared from Th17 intestinal CD4+ T cells responding to fecal material from segmented filamentous bacteria (SFB)-monoassociated mice. The receptor recognizes SFB epitope IRWFGSSVQ. CDR3 Vbeta14 (AWSLSAETLY) and Valpha18 (ATGGTGYQNFY) TCR sequences associated with the clone were introduced to vectors that enable transcription under the control of the natural TCR-alpha; and -beta promoter/enhancer elements.
