Allele Type: Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 2, which encodes part of the kinase domain including the ATP binding pocket. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 2. Flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette and left exon 2 floxed. (J:211916)
