A 6kb fragment containing the neomycin resistance gene and triple SV40 polyadenylation transcription terminators flanked by two loxP sites (loxP-stop-loxP, or LSL), MCPyV168, and bovine growth hormone polyadenylation terminator were cut from the pBigT vector and cloned into the pROSA26PA vector between PacI and AscI restriction sites.
