Mutation details: The transgenic construct contains a genetically encoded calcium indicator, GCaMP6, under the control of the tetO, tetracycline-responsive regulatory element. GCaMP consists of a circularly permutated green fluorescent protein (cpGFP), the calcium-binding protein calmodulin (CaM), and the CaM-interacting M13 peptide. Line (G6s)2 was generated.
