Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout) Mutations: Insertion, Intragenic deletion Mutation details: An FRT-flanked neomycin resistance cassette with a 5' loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 14. An additional loxP site was inserted downstream of 21. Flp-mediated recombination removed the resistance cassette. Cre-mediated recombination removed exons 14 through 21. (J:206350)
