• Mutation details: The 1.1 kb human NFKBIA cDNA with three introduced point mutations at codons 32, 36 and 42 (resulting in amino acid changes S32A, S36A and Y42F) was subcloned between the 5.5 kb alpha-myosin heavy chain promoter and the 736 bp human growth hormone (Hgh) polyadenylation signal.
