Allele Type: Targeted (Conditional ready, No functional change) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: A loxP site was inserted into the 5' end of exon 1. An FRT-flanked neo cassette with a 3' loxP site and downstream dsRed gene was inserted downstream of exon 1. Flp-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette and left exon 1 floxed. (J:190460)
