Mutation details: A modified mouse beta-catenin that lacks sequence for amino acids 1-57 was hemagglutinin tagged and placed under the control of the keratin 5 promoter. Two transgenic lines (7, and 33) are discussed. Between 10 and 20 copies of the transgene were inserted.
