Mutation detailsAn EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP23-357K18 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the Epha8 gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX1178) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
