Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe GFP coding sequence was inserted into the pCAGGs expression vector. The construct was linearized and injected into (C57BL/6 x C3H)F1 fertilized eggs and transferred into pseudopregnant ICR females. Three lines were produced. Lines #2 and #14 carried about 5 copies of the transgene and #10 had about 50 copies. Lines 2 and 10 were studied further. (J:162225)
