Allele Type: Targeted (Null/knockout, Reporter) Mutation: Insertion Mutation details: A single Flag epitope and frt flanked neo cassette were inserted at the C terminus by homologous recombination. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Western blot analysis confirmed expression of the FLAG tagged protein in embryoid bodies and the heart. (J:160540)
