Tg(Cd2-Tcra2E7,Cd4-Tcrb2E7)#Jbs expresses 2 genes

Mutation detailsThe full length coding sequence of recombined mouse Tcra from mouse hybridoma 2E7 uses Tcra-V9 and was placed under the control of the Cd2 promoter while the full length coding sequence of recombined mouse Tcrb from mouse hybridoma 2E7 uses Tcrb-V11 and was placed under the control of the Cd4 promoter. The two constructs were coinjected into single celled NOD embryos. CD4+ T cell hybridoma 2E7 contains T cell receptors specific for a peptide of Mpz (P0) containing the first 25 amino acids following the signal peptide. (J:146797)
