• Mutation details: The full length coding sequence of recombined mouse Tcra from mouse hybridoma 2E7 uses Tcra-V9 and was placed under the control of the Cd2 promoter while the full length coding sequence of recombined mouse Tcrb from mouse hybridoma 2E7 uses Tcrb-V11 and was placed under the control of the Cd4 promoter. The two constructs were coinjected into single celled NOD embryos.
