Mutation detailsThe 9.2 Kb regulatory fragment 1 is followed by an SV40 splice donor and acceptor, an IRES sequence, and a cre recombinase gene. Several founders were generated and several lines were created (including lines B, D, and L1). Line L1 exhibits cre activity at E13.5 in lung endothelial cells and at E15.5 in the lung endothelial cells and extraembryonic vessels. (J:130020)
