description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Mutation detailsThe Thy1 promoter was used to drive expression of a fluorescent fusion construct. The three part fusion proein is composed of "cerulean" which is a modified CFP encoding S72A and Y145A amino acid substitutions, chicken troponin C truncated to start with sequence encoding amino acid residue 15, and "citrine" which is a modified EYFP encoding Q69M, C48L, andC70V amino acid residue substitutions. "Citrine" was further modified to encode V163A and S175G substitutions. (J:147189)
