Mutation details: A 1.0-kb-long ubiquitin C promoter drives the expression of a full-length human P450 aromatase cDNA. RT-PCR analysis showed that the transgene was expressed in the testis, and at a lower level in the heart, brain, and liver. In addition to line 21, line 33 was also generated.
