Mutation details: Mouse liver Pah cDNA was fused to a 3300 bp DNA sequence from the 5' regulatory regions of the mouse
muscle creatine kinase (MCK) gene. This line carries approximately 5-10 copies of the transgene as a tandem repeat. PAH activity was detected in tissue homogenates from liver and kidney and also in both skeletal and cardiac muscle.
