Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Spontaneous
Mutation:    Not Specified

Mutation detailsIn 2000, a mouse of BALB/cByJ background from a production colony at The Jackson Laboratory (TJL) was subjected to isoenzyme analysis in the TJL Quality Control Laboratory and found to have glucose phosphate isomerase 1 activity associated with an electrophoretic band of fast mobility identical to that of GPI1c, rather than the expected slower mobility of GPI1a.
Inheritance:    Codominant
