Mutation details: This transgene consists of a 6 kb fragment of the murine Inha promoter, an SV40 splice donor/splice acceptor intron sequence, an improved cre sequence, and an SV40 poly A tail. 3 lines were generated that differ in expression patterns. This line has high levels of activity in the pituitary and adrenal glands, moderate activity in the ovary, and low activity in the testis.
