Expression of GFP is not seen in the concatemer (in 7 of 8 founders). Transposition inside a gene should result in ubiquitous expression of GFP by the ACTB promoter and expression of lacZ driven by the endogenous promoter. Transposition by sleeping beauty transposase does not move the PGK-neo cassette. (J:104039)
