• Mutation details: Sequence encoding enhanced GFP was inserted at codon 35 of the endogenous locus via homologous recombination. In addition to the insertion, sequence encoding amino acids 141 through 184 containing the N-terminal part of the homeodomain was deleted, introducing a frameshift mutation.
