• Mutation details: The entire coding region was left floxed after the breeding of mice possessing Hoxa2^tm1Fmr with transgenic mice expressing Flp recombinase, which resulted in the excision of the frt flanked neo cassette from the 3' untranslated region. RT-PCR analysis of embryos homozygous for this allele showed expression levels to be reduced by 10% to 15% relative to the expression levels determined in wild-type embryos. (J:75130)
