Allele Type:    Targeted Mutation:    Intragenic deletion   Mutation details: The RHS7 site (Rad50 hypersensitive site 7), a 637 bp region located in intron 24, was replaced with a floxed neomycin resistance cassette. The resistance cassette was subsequently removed from the ES cells by transient cre expression. There was no effect on Rad50 expression. (J:94870)
