    1 phenotype reference
Gv2 and Gv1 control expression of GIX antigen on thymocytes of mice with positive alleles at both loci. Dominant allele a (presence of antigen) is found in 129, AKR and CE; allele b (absence) is found in C57BL/6 and C57BR/cd. Gv2 closely resembles Sgp2 and the two loci may be identical.
