Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Inducible, Recombinase, Reporter)
Mutation:    Insertion

Tg(Zfp148-cre/ERT2,-EGFP)730Jmer expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsA CreERT2_IRES_eGFP cDNA cassette was inserted downstream of the mouse Zfp148 ATG in exon 4 prepared from BAC clone RP23-207B1 that contains 250 kb of the Zfp148 mouse gene. Three founder lines (725, 730 and 740) were generated. Line 730 showed the highest expression level and was studied further. (J:367285)
