Mutation details: Mouse BAC RP24-258G7, derived from a C57BL/6J male mouse, was modified to incorporate the cerulean fluorescent protein (CFP) gene just upstream of the Dspp translation start site and a mCherry fluorescent protein gene just upstream of the Dmp1 translational start site. This BAC also carries the 5' end of the Sparcl1 gene and the predicted Gm31048 gene, but their expression has not been assessed.
