Mutation details: A human involucrin promoter drives expression of a Slc27a4 (Fatp4) cDNA (Fatp4) carrying two amino acid substitutions, S247G and T249G. Altering these critical residues inhibits acyl-CoA synthetase activity. Three lines were generated including 6, 7 and 11.
