Mutation details: A mutated mouse Mybpc3 cDNA is expressed under the control of a mouse alpha-MHC promoter. The Mybpc3 phosphorylation sites (Ser-273, Ser-282, Ser-302) were converted to aspartate, and a sequence encoding the myc epitope was added to the construct. Approximately 35% replacement with constitutively phosphorylated cMyBP-C AllP+ occurred in line 34. t
