(a) Major band. Expression increased in intensity with increasing time of development, particularly at the postnatal stages.
(b) Minor band. The intensities of signals of the 72 kDa band showed that the level of APLP1 protein at P0 was about 20% higher than at E17.5, and about 180 and 320% higher at P2 and P5, respectively.
