Mutation details: To generate a TCR transgenic mouse line specific for CBir1 flagellin, a CBir1 flagellin-specific T cell clone CBir1BL1.3, specific for CBir1 flagellin peptide (456475)-I-Ab, and expressing a TCR composed of Valpha6Jalpha9 and Vbeta8.3Jbeta2.7, was cloned and expressed under the control of the mouse TCR alpha and beta promoter/regulatory regions.
