Mutation details: The insertion comprises human YAC A94G6, modified to flank the CNS-1 (conserved non-coding sequence 1) sequence, between IL4 and IL13, with loxP sites. The CNS-1 sequence was deleted through subsequent cre-mediated recombination. The YAC contains the 3' end of KIF3A, the IL4, IL13, RAD50, IL5, IRF1, IRF1-AS1 and SLC22A5 genes, and the 3' end of SLC22A4.
