Mutation details: Starting with the Tg(Gata3-lacZ)-308Jeng construct, the lacZ gene was replaced with the EGFP reporter gene and a 1.3 kb sequence from the centromeric end of YAC B143, containing kidney enhancer Rr340, was placed upstream of the Gata3 minimal promoter. The reporter is expressed in embryonic kidneys.
