Mutation details: Human TYROBP cDNA sequence was adjoined to the MHC class I promoter/immunoglobulin enhancer. Founder mice carried 11 copies of the the transgenic construct. Expression was detected in splenocytes by Western blot analysis and on all splenic myeloid and lymphoid cells by flow cytometric analysis.
