(e) At late S phase, expression level decreased dramatically. (f) In 2-cell embryos at late G2, expression level increased ~8-fold compared to late S phase. (g) In 4-cell embryos, expression level lower at G1/S. (h) In 4-cell embryos, expression level higher in late G2 embryos. (i) In late 8-cell embryos, expression levels even higher than in 2-cell and 4-cell embryos at G2. (j) Level of expression was low at blastocyst stage. |
