The expression cassette consisting of Cre/ERT2-polyA-Neo was inserted into the endogenous Gata1 initiating ATG by recombination. The correct clone was then used for Neo excision. Founder information and line numbers were not available. Two lines (Line 1 and 2) were established and used for the study. (J:243995)
