TS28: retina outer plexiform layer Present 2B , 2A Bipolar cell apical dentrites were positively stained.
TS28: retina inner nuclear layer Present Non-Uniform 2A , 2B Expression was particularly prominent in the amacrine cells of the inner nuclear layer. Strongest immunoreactivity was observed in two rows of cells adjacent to the inner plexiform layer.
TS28: retina ganglion cell layer Present Non-Uniform 2B , 2A Immunostained cells were observed in the ganglion cell layer (many of which are likely to be displaced amacrines). Immunreactivity was observed in bright puncta, frequently positioned adjacent to the nucleus and the apical dendrite.
TS28: retina inner plexiform layer Present Non-Uniform 2A , 2B Fine puntate staining was observed extending into the inner plexiform layer along apical dendrites of the labeled neurons in the ganglion cell layer.

TS28: retina inner nuclear layer Present Non-Uniform 2E Strongest immunoreactivity was observed in two rows of cells adjacent to the inner plexiform layer. Signal was concentrated strongly within a discrete perinuclear bright spot. More diffuse cytoplasmic staining was also observed in amacrine cells. Staining was noted in bipolar cell and horizontal cell somata in the outer part of the inner nuclear layer.
