Mutation detailsThe targeting vector contains from 5' to 3': an adenovirus splice acceptor (SA), the oxygen-dependent degradation (ODD) domain from human HIF1A fused in-frame to the 5' end of Cre recombinase gene fused to the mutated estrogen receptor (cre/ERT2), a polyA tail, and an FRT-flanked neomycin cassette. The HIF1A ODD includes amino acids 371-653 containing prolines P401 and P564. The targeting vector was inserted into intron 1 of the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus. (J:292024)
