Assay notes: These data are reported in Table 2. The primer set used in this assay amplifies exons 1-5. There are two splice forms; the large form refers to the isoform with the unspliced exon 5, the small form refers to the isoform in which a 222 bp sequence from exon 5 is spliced out. RFLP analysis was used to determine which allele was responsible for observed expression.
