Mutation details: A tdsRed cDNA was introduced into the first exon of the Flt1 gene in a BAC clone that carries the whole Flt1 genomic region as well as the upstream and downstream regions. In transgenic mice, dsRed fluorescence was observed in newborn skin and within the blood vessels of adult tail and skin. Line 60 was also generated.
