TS28: germ cell of testis Present Regionally restricted 6P , 6N , 6L No germ cells (Gcna positive) were produced in the tubules containing immature Sertoli cells (Amh positive) in the Arid4bSCKO testes. Gcna-positive germ cells were detected only in those tubules that did not express Amh.
