Mutation details: Using a bacterial artificial chromosome containing 59.36-kb mouse ghrelin sequence, the first 29 base pair of the ghrelin coding sequence was replaced by the coding sequence of the iCre gene followed by an SV40 polyadenylation (pA) signal. Founder information and line numbers were not available. The transgenic lines with high expression of Cre mRNA in the stomach were selected. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled.
