Mutation
description
Allele Type:    Targeted (Recombinase)
Mutation:    Insertion

P2rx2tm1.1(cre)Ttc expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsThe targeting vector using bacterial artificial chromosomes (BACs) clone RP23-333M22 and RP23-354O18 was constructed by inserting a 2A-Cre cassette to replace the TGA stop codon of the P2rx2 gene. The Neo cassette flanked by SDA (self-deletion anchor) sites were removed in the cell. The vector was transfected into the C57BL/6 ES cell to establish mouse line by homologous recombination.
