Mutation details: The human promoter, rabbit beta-globin 5' UTR and KRT14 3'UTR drive expression of an N-terminally truncated mouse cDNA (nucleotides 715-2604) with an inducible mutant murine estrogen receptor in the basal layer of the epidermis, the outer root sheath of the hair follicle and the oral epithelium. Lines 3953 (one copy), C5 (18 copies), D2 (12 copies) and D4 (21 copies) were generated.
