Authors state the size of vertebral bodies is decreased in mutatnt embryos. Expression is nuclear in vertebral bodies of wild-type and CV2-/- mutant embryos. Quantification of expression above background indicates lower expression (40% decrease) in mutant cartilage precursors compared to wild-type.
