Mutation details: The human gene, with sequence for a C-terminal HA tag, was cloned downstream of the mouse promoter to drive neuronal expression. Expression of the tagged gene in the brain of pups was confirmed by both immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Of the two transgene expressing mouse lines, this line has the highest expression and was used for experiments.
