Mutation details: The construct comprises the human cytomegalovirus immediate early (CMV IE) promoter, an SV40 intron, the human interleukin 4 cDNA, and the SV40 poly(A) signal. The construct was microinjected into NOG (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Sug/ShiJic) fertilized eggs at the pronuclear stage. Line 17 showed intermediate expression of the exogenous gene and stable germline transmission.
