TS21: cerebellum Present Regionally restricted 3G , 3A Triple labeling indicated that some Olig2-positive cells express Ptf1a (marker for GABAergic neuron progenitors) and other Olig2-positive cells express Lhx1 and Lhx5 (which mark postmitotic GABAergic neurons). The results indicate that Olig2 is expressed in both mitotic and postmitotic cells.
