Mutation details: A 3.47 kb mouse Gnrh1 promoter fragment, along with 23 bp of exon 1 of the gene drives expression of a humanized GFP expression unit. An SV40 splice donorsplice acceptor intron and polyadenylation signal are included in the transgene construct. Three lines of mice were generated.
