Mutation details: CRISPR/Cas9 mediated recombination deleted 21 of the 22 amino acid residues in the LRR9 domain while maintaining the open reading frame of the gene. Western blot analysis indicates that overall expression of the gene is not altered. Immunoprecipitation analysis confirmed that binding to Nlgn2 is disrupted by this mutation.
