Transgene
description
Transgene Type:    Transgenic (Inserted expressed sequence, Recombinase)
Mutation:    Insertion

Tg(Tbx21-dre,-Thy1)#Xzhou expression driven by 1 gene

Mutation detailsTransgene consists of the Dre-2A-Thy1.1 fusion DNA fragment inserted into the ATG translational start site of a 182kb BAC clone (RP23-451G13) bearing the entire mouse Tbx21 locus was used. The modified BAC was purified and microinjected into the pronuclei of a mouse fertilized ovum to generate transgenic line of mice. Founder information and line numbers were not available. The pound symbol (#) is used when no line is specified and/or lines are pooled. (J:252233)
