Mutation details: Expression of cre recombinase is driven from the mouse Abcb1a promoter contained on BAC RP24-384G12. The modified BAC vector incorporating a cre-intron-cre-HSVpolyA construct was introduced to C57BL/6J embryos. A truncated Rundc3b (~50%) is also present on the transgenic BAC. This strain was created and maintained on a C57BL/6J genetic background. This is founder line NIDA045.
